Skin is the largest organ and
needs to be hydrated all the time.
*Drink purified water
*
Water helps in
flushing out the waste,toxins from our body so drink at least 10 glasses of filtered water daily.
*Wear light,
loose-fitting clothing to help you stay cooler.
*Try to
avoid direct sun exposure between 10am to 3pm.
*Use
sunscreen lotion with SPF-15 and above.
*Cleaning and hydrating the skin is also important.
*Wash your face or bath
twice a day.
*Don't forget
sunglasses to protect the eyes from the sun's UV rays.
*Maintain the energy level by limiting intake of fat and sugar; focus on carbohydrates, fruits and vegetables.
*
Keep hair clean and out of the face to prevent additional dirt and oil from clogging the pores.
*
Quit smoking - Skin is a large organ that needs a lot of air and blood circulation.
Smoking will impair blood circulation and thus make the skin look dull and grey.
*Eat rich vitamin C and D foods in summer.
*Drink lemon juice or eat orange.
