notepad corrupted in windows machine

Hi...
If notepad is corrupted in your system means just follow the below steps.
Step1: Copy the notepad.exe file and paste into windows folder.
Step2: Click -> Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Notepad
Step3: RightClick Notepad -> Properties -> Shortcut -> set Target as full path of the notepad.exe file.
Now it will work fine.
