        	Grilled Beef in La Lot Leaves 
Ingredients:
    * 200g beef tenderloin, minced
    * 1 clove garlic, chopped finely
    * 1 stalk lemongrass
    * ½ tsp fish sauce
    * ½ tsp sugar
    * ¼ tsp salt
    * 15-20 la lot leaves
Making Grilled Beef in La Lot Leaves: 
   1.  Combine the minced beef with the garlic, lemongrass, fish sauce, sugar and salt. Leave to marinate in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
   2. Place a tablespoonful of the beef mixture on a la lut leaf. Roll up and secure with a bamboo pick, if necessary.
   3. Grill until fragrant and serve with fish dipping sauce.
