        	Black Bean Sambal 
Ingredients:
    * 150g dried shrimps
    * 100g long red and green chilies, seeded or 12 bird-eye chilies with seeds retained
    * 150g black beans
    * 1 clove garlic
    * 2 tbsp vegetable oil
    * Salt to taste
Making Black Bean Sambal 
   1. Place shrimps, chilies, black beans and garlic in blender.
   2. Blend until a thick paste.
   3. Heat wok, add oil and lightly fry the paste. Do not allow to burn, and if too dry, add a little water. Add salt to taste.
