How to make biryani(chicken biryani, mutton briyani, vegetable biryani)?
* Chopped onion, tomato, green chilli paste, tomato, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, roasted cumin powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder .
* 1 tea spoon of cardamom, Tej Patta(Pattaigram),cinnamon
* Make a paste of coconut, Cumin(Jeera).
* Ginger paste - 1 tsp
* Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
* Rice with a pressure pane.
* Vegetables(Carrot,Potato,Mushroom,..) or chicken or mutton
Making of Briyani:
* Make a mixture with tomato, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, turmeric powder, roasted cumin powder, garam masala powder, coriander powder and salt.
* Keep pressure cooker with the rice.
* Boil the vegetables or chicken or mutton for 5-15 minutes.
* When the vegetables are cooked completely add it to rice.
* Leave it for 2 or 3 whistle.
When the food is cooked, serve it..........
