* Fruits like apple, sweet lime, pomegranate gives strength and color to baby
* Do not take egg, mutton, chicken, fried food in night.
* Eat more badam
* Drink more milk.
* Avoid cool drinks, coffee, tea and more sweets.
* Take plenty of dates fruit
* Have only home made foods
