NeoOffice: Covert all text or string to Number using Find and Replace

- Choose Edit
- Choose Find & Replace
In the Find & Replace window,
enter ^[0-9] in the Search For field.
enter & in the Replace.
Click More options.
Check the Regular expressions case.
Click Replace all.
