Special Andhra Sweet
INGREDIENTS:- 
1) All purpose flour : 250 grams; 
2) Grated coconut : 2 cups; 
3) Sugar 250 grams; 
4) white sesame seeds : 1 cup; 
5) Cardamom powder : 2 spoons; 
6) Ghee : 250 grams; 
7) Refined oil : 500 ml 
*** PROCEDURE:- 
1) Fry the sesame seeds and coconut powder (fresh) in ghee seperately ; 
2) Add ghee to the all purpose flour and prepare thik poori dough; 
3) Add sugar and cardamom powder to coconut powder and add sesame seeds also. Mix thoroughly; 
4) Add remaining ghee to the mixture and mix well; 
5) Make pooris with all purpose flour dough; 
6) Prepare small balls of the mixture, put them each in the middle of each poori and close side wise; 
7) seal the edges and deep fry until brown in oil.
